Taiwan’s Shih Wei Navigation has posted higher profit in the
first half as revenues rose.
The bulker owner said net earnings to 30 June were TWD 621m($21.45m),
against TWD 557m in the same six months last year.
Overall revenue rose TWD 901m from TWD 824m, boosted by both shipping and
long-term equity investments.
The owner also benefited from a drop in operating costs.
